Arnold Schwarzenegger is putting on the Santa suit for Prime Video this Christmas. The first teaser for The Man With the Bag has arrived ahead of the holiday heist movie’s global premiere on December 2, 2026.
The film pairs Schwarzenegger with Reacher star Alan Ritchson and marks Schwarzenegger’s return to the Christmas genre 30 years after Jingle All the Way.
‘The Man With the Bag’ Turns Christmas Into a Heist Movie
This Santa has a fairly serious problem: someone has stolen his magic bag.
Awkwafina plays the rogue elf responsible for the theft, leaving Santa scrambling to recover it before Christmas. His solution is to turn to his own Naughty List and recruit Vance (Ritchson), a thief who can put together the kind of crew Santa suddenly needs.
Vance assembles a group of criminally skilled misfits for the job, with elves and reindeer getting involved along the way. His daughter also joins him as the unlikely team attempts to recover the bag and save Christmas.
Prime Video has now released the movie’s teaser trailer and poster, giving viewers their first proper look at Schwarzenegger as Santa and Ritchson as Vance.
