ONE PIECE Season 3 Has Wrapped Production

Netflix also confirmed that production on ONE PIECE: The Battle of Alabasta has wrapped in Cape Town, South Africa.

The third season takes the Straw Hats to the desert kingdom of Alabasta, Princess Vivi’s homeland, where a rebellion threatens to divide the country. Behind the conflict is Sir Crocodile and his Baroque Works syndicate, which is working to take control of Alabasta.

Luffy and the Straw Hats will find themselves caught in the approaching civil war as they try to help Vivi save her kingdom.

Joe Tracz and Ian Stokes serve as co-showrunners, writers and executive producers for Season 3. Eiichiro Oda, Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements through Tomorrow Studios, Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes, Christoph Schrewe and Steven Maeda also executive produce.

The live-action ONE PIECE is created in partnership with Shueisha and produced by Tomorrow Studios, an ITV Studios partner, and Netflix. The series is based on Eiichiro Oda’s manga.
