The Hunting Wives Season 2 will premiere on Netflix on November 26, 2026, marking a Thanksgiving Day return for the series. Netflix announced the date alongside 12 first-look images from the new eight-episode season.
Season 2 will also mark a change in how the series reaches viewers. It will release exclusively as a Netflix-branded series in nearly every country where Netflix is available.
The Hunting Wives Season 2 Begins With Sophie and Margo Apart
Brittany Snow and Malin Åkerman return as Sophie and Margo, but Season 2 won’t begin with the two women back on the same side.
According to Netflix’s new logline, Sophie and Margo are “on the outs” when the season starts. That separation apparently won’t last for long, as old secrets and new enemies force them back together.
Netflix is keeping the specifics of those secrets and enemies under wraps for now, but the new season will once again put Sophie and Margo in situations where it isn’t always clear who has the upper hand.
The Hunting Wives Season 2 Cast Includes John Stamos and Cam Gigandet
Snow and Åkerman will be joined by returning series regulars Dermot Mulroney, Jaime Ray Newman, Evan Jonigkeit, George Ferrier, Karen Rodriguez, and Hunter Emery.
Netflix has also confirmed a substantial group of additional cast members for Season 2.

Netflix Reveals the First Images From Season 2
Along with the November premiere date, Netflix has released 12 first-look images from The Hunting Wives Season 2.
The photos offer the first official look at the new season ahead of its Thanksgiving arrival, but Netflix has not yet released a teaser or full trailer with the announcement.
Rebecca Cutter returns as creator, showrunner, writer, and executive producer. Erwin Stoff executive produces for 3 Arts Entertainment alongside May Cobb, author of The Hunting Wives novel. Lionsgate Television remains the studio behind the series.
Season 2 will once again consist of eight episodes. Netflix has confirmed the November 26 premiere but has not provided additional information about the episode rollout.
