Stick Season 2 will premiere Wednesday, November 4, 2026, on Apple TV, with Owen Wilson returning as Pryce Cahill and Rhea Seehorn joining the cast in a supporting role.
Apple announced the Stick Season 2 release date alongside seven first-look photos from the new episodes. The season will open with two episodes on November 4, followed by one episode each Wednesday through December 30.
Stick Season 2 Puts Pryce Back on the Golf Course
Season 2 will continue Santi’s pursuit of a professional golf career while also putting Pryce on an unexpected path of his own.
Santi, played by Peter Dager, is taking the next step toward going pro, but the pressure changes once his talent comes with expectations. At the same time, Pryce begins questioning whether his own days as a competitive golfer really have to be behind him.
With encouragement from his former rival Clark Ross, played by Timothy Olyphant, Pryce decides to attempt a comeback. His goal is a big one: become the oldest golfer ever to win a major.
Getting there will also force him to confront why his original career never lived up to the promise others saw in him.
It’s a significant shift for Pryce after the first season, which introduced him as a former professional golfer whose career had ended 20 years earlier. After losing both his marriage and his job at an Indiana sporting goods store, he put his future behind Santi, then a troubled 17-year-old golf prospect. Season 2 gives both characters their own ambitions to chase.
Rhea Seehorn Joins Stick Season 2 as Amanda
Rhea Seehorn joins Stick Season 2 as Amanda, Pryce’s new coach.
She’ll be part of Pryce’s attempt to return to competitive golf alongside his caddie Mitts, played by returning cast member Marc Maron.
The returning ensemble also includes Mariana Treviño, Lilli Kay, Judy Greer and Timothy Olyphant alongside Wilson, Dager and Maron.
Seehorn isn’t the only addition for Season 2. John Higgins, Billy Zane, Rex Linn, Sasha Alexander and Missi Pyle have also joined the cast, although Apple has not revealed details about their characters.
Jim Nantz and Trevor Immelman will return as guest stars, along with Good Good’s Matt Scharff and Dan Rapaport.
Apple Releases the First Stick Season 2 Photos
Along with the premiere date, Apple released seven first-look photos from Season 2.
Stick was created by Jason Keller, who returns as showrunner and executive producer. Wilson also executive produces alongside Ben Silverman for Propagate Content, Guymon Casady for Entertainment 360, Christopher Moynihan, Rodney Ferrell, Howard T. Owens, Drew Buckley, Lee Eisenberg and Bill Callahan. The series comes from Apple Studios.
Season 2 begins with two episodes on November 4, with weekly episodes continuing through December 30 on Apple TV.
