The character reportedly “never pictured himself in a small town,” but begins discovering everything Virgin River has to offer after arriving there.
The description also paints Eddie as someone who connects naturally with people through both his work and personality. As an EMT, he will likely cross paths with several central characters connected to the town’s medical and emergency response world, including Mel, Doc, and Kaia, and most definitely will stop at Jack’s bar for a drink.

Still, longtime viewers of the series know how Virgin River operates.
