Netflix is teaming up with Kevin Hart to launch an all-new comedy competition series set to premiere in 2026.
The untitled project aims to find and crown the next big name in stand-up, putting aspiring comedians through the kinds of highs and lows that define a career in comedy.
A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Stand-Up
Guided by Kevin Hart and a yet-to-be-announced roster of comedy heavyweights, the series promises to be unfiltered, uncensored, and unapologetic. Contestants from across the U.S. will face challenges inspired by real-life stand-up experiences, from nerve-wracking open mics and rewriting sets under pressure to delivering their best work on the biggest stages.
The goal is to pull back the curtain on the grind behind the punchlines, giving viewers an inside look at both the brutal and brilliant sides of pursuing a comedy career.
