This DOGust, who’s ready to get… FIXED?
From the wildly inventive mind of Genndy Tartakovsky (Hotel Transylvania, Primal) comes Fixed, a bold, no-holds-barred adult animated comedy that’s wagging its way onto Netflix on August 13, 2025.
With an all-star voice cast and a premise that’s as outrageous as it is heartfelt, Fixed offers a fresh, fearlessly irreverent take on man’s best friend—and his worst day ever.
The Plot: One Dog. One Night. One Set of Balls.
From visionary director Genndy Tartakovsky comes Fixed, an adult animated comedy about Bull, an average, all-around good dog who discovers he’s going to be neutered in the morning!
As the gravity of this life-altering event sets in, Bull realizes he needs one last adventure with his pack of best friends as these are the last 24 hours with his balls! What could go wrong…?

Behind the Scenes: A Love Letter to Classic Cartoon Exaggeration
“I love caricatured and exaggerated animation,” Tartakovsky explains. “It started out as a Rated-R Lady and the Tramp, and then as we got into it, it naturally became more cartoony and specific to itself.”
Fixed is a 2D animated feature produced by Sony Pictures Animation, with Michelle Murdocca producing and Christian Roedel serving as co-producer. The film was written by Genndy Tartakovsky and Jon Vitti (The Simpsons Movie, Alvin and the Chipmunks), based on a story by Steve Greenberg, Rich Lufrano, Tartakovsky, and Vitti.
With a global team of top-tier animators, the film blends slapstick absurdity with moments of genuine emotion, all tied together with Tartakovsky’s signature storytelling style.
Release Date: Mark Your Calendars
Fixed will be available to stream exclusively on Netflix starting August 13, 2025. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Tartakovsky’s work or just craving an animated comedy that pushes every boundary, this one’s not to be missed.
