This 10-episode docuseries explores how some of the most talked-about moments in wrestling are built from scratch — and how the drama behind the scenes often mirrors what unfolds in the ring.

WWE’s Next Chapter on Netflix
The release of WWE: Unreal comes as part of a broader content partnership between WWE and Netflix. As of January 2025, Netflix became the exclusive home for WWE’s live weekly programming, including Monday Night RAW — available to stream for the first time in its 31-year history.
This global deal also includes SmackDown, NXT, and premium live events such as WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, and SummerSlam, making Netflix the go-to streaming destination for WWE fans worldwide.
More than just a documentary about wrestling, WWE: Unreal explores what it means to build compelling entertainment week in and week out. It highlights the passion, pressure, and personalities that fuel the WWE machine — and the creative gamble involved in keeping millions of fans engaged year-round.
